Supervisor Aaron Peskin says city could be at fault in sinking Millennium Tower debacle (CA)

San Francisco Supervisors Aaron Peskin and Jane Kim are calling for an investigation into the city’s role in approving Millennium Tower despite repeated concerns stretching back to when it was under construction.  After news broke last month that Millennium Tower is sinking and tilting, evidence has emerged showing that both the city and the developer, Millennium Partners, knew in 2009 about the excessive settling.    Read the article…………….
