There’s no wiggle room on emergency access

The other day the secretary of an Owners Corporation asked me if I could draft a by-law that required all owners and occupiers to allow access to the building manager to inspect their lots. Similarly, sometimes strata managers also ask if a by-law can be made requiring owners to provide access to their lot for inspection or undertaking certain actions required by the owners corporation to the common property within a lot.    Read the article…………
