With many of its member homeowners associations eager to hire, the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) is widening its search for men and women from all walks of life who are suited for the opportunity.  CACM has laid out a three-step process: 1) Interested people are invited to click on an introductory video: 2) From there, candidates may take a free online career assessment designed to quickly identify who might be a good fit. 3) CACM will forward promising candidates to executives at companies seeking managers for communities and homeowners associations.     Read the article…………….
