One builder settles lawsuit in Thompson Station cable “monopoly” case (TN)

For years, homeowners have been forced to use just one provider, Crystal Clear Technologies.  The lawsuit calls it a monopoly.  The settlement provides relief for a couple hundred homeowners who live in the Canterbury subdivision but homeowners in two more subdivisions are waiting for the day they can choose their own cable provider.    Read the article………….
