Three Pending House Bills Affecting all Florida Community Associations

In anticipation of the 2016 Florida legislative session, Representative John Cortes of the Florida House of Representatives filed three bills affecting all Florida community associations and managers. Omnibus style House Bill 667 is massive in its scope.
