To audit or not to audit our small condo complex?

Q:  Our condo corporation consists of only 20 units. Over the past several years I have noticed we have only had two audits completed. A professional auditor did not complete either one of these audits. I was informed that we do not require a professional audit because we are fewer than 25 units.
