Townhomes in HOA community may not have to follow same rules

Question: My community is 15 years old, and the governing documents have never been changed. The community is comprised of 88 townhomes and 99 single-family homes. The HOA by-laws allow for collection of “reasonable” reserves for all home types    Read the Q&A……….
