Two employees accuse Barringer-Knoll, supervisor of unpaid overtime (TX)

According to the complaint while the plaintiffs have been employed by Barringer-Knoll as maintenance men, from Dec. 20, 2013 to the present, they worked more than 40 hours per week numerous times.  The complaint alleges the plaintiffs were not paid an overtime premium for time worked more than 40 hours per week.     Read the article………..
