Jerry Hobby is not a mail carrier.  He lives at a southwest Houston condo, and on Tuesday he found an open mail box full of undelivered mail.  “There’s all kinds of stuff in here and it’s been building up for months,” he said. “I noticed it was full of mail. There are hundreds of pieces of mail that were all crammed in here over a period of time.”  Hobby believes it has been going on for months.  He says most of the mail doesn’t belong to the complex.     Read the article…………..
