Unit owners must opt in to receive electronic notices of board meetings

Q: I live in a condominium association and our management company has started to email notices of board meetings instead of using postal mail. In reviewing the Condominium Act, it states notices of board meetings shall be mailed or delivered to unit owners. Are email notices allowed under condominium law?     Read the Q&A………..
