2017 Legal Update for Homeowners Associations (FL)

INTRODUCTION: In the 2016 Legislative Session, 44 Bills which related to Community Association operations in Florida were brought before various Committees. However, the Legislature abruptly adjourned at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2016, most of the community association legislation either dead in committee or never making it to the floor of the Legislature for consideration.
