Valley HOA board claims authority to order residents to paint homes (AZ)

Some unhappy homeowners are taking a stand against their homeowners association.  Dozens of residents from the West Valley’s Rancho El Mirage community attended an HOA board meeting Tuesday night. They wanted to know why the HOA is requiring more than 700 homeowners to paint their houses.    Read the article……….
