Vandals drain 400K gallons from drinking water supply in Central Florida town (HOA)

About 1,700 residents of a central Florida community are under a boil water alert following an apparent act of vandalism that also resulted in low water pressure.  Plantation Bay Homeowners Association manager Margie Hall says the incident affected the entire subdivision on the border of Flagler and Volusia counties.    Read the article…………
