“I have not voted for a variance because I think we have HOA documents that cover it, an ordinance that covers it; we’ve passed a resolution that gave us guidance about when, if there were previous things in an easement, and ones that didn’t have an HOA document, which specified that they can’t build in the easement, that then there could be some accommodations made,” Louer said. “But this has an HOA document and I think there’s a responsibility on the part of the resident and the builders to follow our ordinances.   Read the article…………..
