Villa owners sue Grand Bear Lodge owners (IL)

Townhome owners at Grand Bear Lodge in Utica are suing the lodge, alleging lodge operators misappropriated more than $200,000 in townhome association fees.  The Board of Directors of the Grand Bear Vacation Villas Townhome Association filed suit last month in U.S. District Court for Northern Illinois, against the lodge as a corporation and the lodge’s operators   Read the article………..
