Mount Vintage Golf Club sells for $2.9 million (to HOA) (SC)

A group of North Augusta area homeowners paid $2.9 million to purchase Mount Vintage Plantation Golf Course, according to property records obtained by The North Augusta Star.  The Mount Vintage Plantation Homeowners Association formally acquired the course last week from Apex Bank, according to a deed filed with the Edgefield County Register of Deeds.    Read the article…………
