Water could be shut off again at WPB condo (FL)

In a matter of hours, residents at the Green Terrace Condo’s in West Palm Beach could face the harsh reality of no water.  The Home Owners Association for the building is refusing to pay the bill, leaving families with no way to brush their teeth, take showers, or was their clothes.  This is the second time in less than a month, residents received a notice their water will be shut off.
