Westgate Resorts sues Orange County over timeshare in dispute with widow (FL)

Timeshare giant Westgate Resorts, mired in a struggle with a widow over her vacation condo, has sued Orange County for permission to open its new high-rise timeshare tower in Orlando’s tourist district.  The seven-story, multimillion-dollar tower looms over the fenced-off and shrouded remains of the widow’s two-story townhouse, which was damaged more than a year ago by a bulldozer clearing the tower site for Westgate.    Read the article………….
