What can be done to stop a president acting without authority?

Q: I am on the board of directors for a condominium complex. My question is what can I do when the president of the board takes it upon himself to change a policy three days after a motion is made and passed by the entire board at a monthly meeting about that policy?     Read the Q&A……….
