What Would You Do? Meetings Gone Wild

Crazy HOA meetings happen all the time. I found a video that made me chuckle because it is exactly how one of my recent board meetings went. After you watch the video I am sure you will be able to relate to either the manager, directors or homeowners. This meeting is the classic example of when homeowners get frustrated and disruptive because they, justified or not, do not believe their voice is heard, the board wants to conduct business but can’t because of the disruptions and is sick of hearing from the arm-chair quarterbacks, and managers can’t figure out how to get control of the meeting so that the other participants don’t get upset.
