When your neighbor is too loud

QUESTION: I live in a townhome. The person who lives in the unit that backs up to mine makes a tremendous amount of noise. He is not there all the time, but when he is, there is almost always loud noise, so much that we cannot sleep in our master bedroom. We have to sleep in the guest bedroom in order to not hear the noise. This neighbor plays drums in his unit. The drums are so loud that we have to leave the unit.    Read the Q&A…………..
