Who Has to Pay for Repeat Fire Inspections?

Every year the owners corporation has to lodge its annual fire safety statement and the strata managing agent sends out letters to all owners and occupiers notifying them of inspection of smoke alarms, detectors and other fire safety equipment that may be installed on the lot.
