Withholding assessment payments in protest not a good idea

Q.: Not being satisfied on how the board of our homeowners association is handling things and not taking care of certain issues, i.e., replacing sod, lights, allowing dogs over the weight limits, among other things, under what circumstances can a homeowner put their assessments in escrow and how do you go about doing this.    Read the Q&A………….
