Woman charged with felony theft (AR)

A Hot Springs woman is charged with a felony after being accused of transferring nearly $30,000 in funds to her private bank account while serving as treasurer of a property owner’s association.  Sara Delaine McQuilliams, 68, who lists a Belvedere Drive address, was taken into custody around 9 a.m. Thursday and charged with theft of property, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
