Thirteen residents were displaced, five were rescued and three were hospitalized in a two-alarm condo fire late Sunday, Fairfield fire officials say. Flames broke out around 10 p.m. at a 12-unit condo building in the 1500 block of Gelhot Drive, according to Fire Chief Tom Lakamp and Deputy Fire Steve Conn.
