The mayor announced that a condo complex will be getting a large water bill credit along with the city’s change of its water billing structure at the Aug. 20 City Council meeting.  Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky said residents of the Windsor Green condominium complex could potentially see a credit of around $300,000 to its water bill after they complained their bills were unfairly high.
