3 Things to Do if Crime is a Problem in Your Homeowners Association

As an HOA property manager you never want to see a rise in crime at a homeowners association you oversee, and that is exactly what I am experiencing at one of the properties I manage.  It is no fault of the Association, but the fault of the individuals who make bad choices and seek a location to carry out their dealings with easy access that allows for a quick exit.
