Florida’s milestone inspections law, passed in the wake of the Champlain Towers collapse in 2021, goes into effect this year. The law requires that all buildings that are three stories high or taller conduct an inspection when the building turns 30 years old and conduct a reinspection every 10 years thereafter for recertification.   Read the article…………………………….
