Abrupt HOA Meeting Notice Leads to a Court Case on a Fire Alarm System

The Willoughby Condominium Association (the “Association”) needed to update its drastically outdated fire alarm system, which had not been updated for more than 50 years. The Board called for a special Board meeting to approve the more than $1 million project to bring the system into compliance with county code.
