An election next week on a proposed buyers’ fee on the sale price for any of the approximate 1,600 homes in the Ahwatukee Recreation Center HOA has created a bitter divide among members.  The HOA’s board has proposed the buyer’s fee as an alternative to an increase in annual dues or a special assessment, but even board President Andy Wangstad admits the results on April 17 “will be close” and blames it on “misinformation” spread by opponents.   Read the article…………………………….
