After several years of hearing demands from condo owners, the Alberta government plans to implement a dispute resolution body that will provide an alternative to court. On Monday, the province tabled Bill 30 — the Service Alberta Statutes Amendment Act 2024 — which proposed changes to the Condominium Property Act.
