It’s been two years since a sinkhole opened up near a La Jolla condo complex. All of the residents remain displaced. The anniversary comes as another lawsuit was just filed, accusing the City of San Diego and its contractor of negligence. There were civil engineers on the property Friday, continuing to assess how much the foundation has moved.
