Elder to appeal verdict in favor of HOA (OR)

A Klamath Falls man who was ordered by a jury last week to pay an outstanding fine to his homeowners association said he plans to appeal the decision.  On Tuesday Kenneth Elder told the Herald and News he intends to appeal a jury’s award of $500 against him after a verdict Friday was issued in favor of Running Y Ranch Resort Owner’s Association. Elder said he has begun researching case law to find a means by which to appeal the ruling and said he plans to challenge the $500 award and other legal questions posed during the trial.    Read the article…………
