Move-out day approaching for dozens living in condo complex deemed ‘public nuisance’ (OH)

Move out day for residents of a Whitehall neighborhood comes with frustration and fear for those left living at Woodcliff Condominiums.  The city of Whitehall says the community is responsible for the longest running environmental court case in Franklin County history.
