McKeddie Cooley was recently published in an Arizona Court of Appeals special action decision that clarified when and how a party must request attorneys’ fees on appeal. The case, Halt v. Hon J. Richard Gama, clarified the requirements of Arizona Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure 21.
