Assessment ledgers are available for inspection (FL)

Q: I am an owner in a condominium. I have made a request to see the individual unit owner assessment ledgers for owners who are delinquent in the payment of assessments. The board has denied my request and they claim I am not allowed to see this information. Is this true?    Read the Q&A……………………………
