Share of common assessments in declaration cannot be changed without 100% agreement of unit owners (FL)

Q: We bought our two-bedroom condominium unit in August 2003. As of April 1, 2020, we will be paying more per square foot than a one-bedroom unit. Is this fair and legal? We feel that all owners should pay the same amount.   Read the Q&A…………………………
