Law does not limit association budget increases

Q: My condominium association board was recently discussing the proposed 2017 budget. It is apparent that the board is intending to increase our assessments significantly. However, I understood that the Association is limited in the amount that it can increase the budget unless the owners vote for the increase. Is that correct?   Read the Q&A…………
