Master association that contains condominiums may be able to collect capital contribution (FL)

Q: I am the treasurer of an HOA that also has a condominium association sharing our HOA documents. You recently discussed that a condominium’s authority to charge a fee to new purchasers is limited to $100, and then only if the association is required to approve transfers, and a fee for such approval is provided for in the governing documents; however, you further explained that there is no such limitation in an HOA.     Read the Q&A……………………..
