A homeowner association filed a lawsuit to prevent a possible 20-story high-rise from going up in Tanglewood. The petition, filed by the Tanglewood Homes Association, asks for a declaratory judgment that would prevent the defendant, WMJK Ltd., from pursuing a 20-story tower.
