Waukegan homeowners association president found not guilty of trespassing in confrontation over campaign signs (IL)

A 9th Ward homeowners association president charged with trespassing after a dispute over campaign signs was found not guilty by a Lake County judge Thursday.  The confrontation that led to charges against Marc Speziale, the president of The Fields of Cambridge Condominium Association, came in the midst of hotly contested aldermanic elections across Waukegan that saw unprecedented levels of campaign spending and accusations of violent threats.     Read the article……………………..
