The beleaguered owners of Mascot Towers have just been dealt another blow in their quest to end their strata pains.  Mascot Towers is a dual-tower high rise residential and commercial complex of 132 lots in Sydney that was evacuated just over four years ago due to subsidence and concerns about safety.
