Over all of my time working in strata titles, I’ve found that strata stakeholders are extremely interested in the decisions being made by Courts and Tribunals in strata title disputes.  That’s not a problem for me since strata laws and strata disputes are the bread and butter of my work and I’ve been discussing and writing about important strata decisions forever.
