Q: Is there an equivalent to Section 718.110(4), Fla. Stat. in Chapter 720 [the HOA Act] that would require a 100% vote in favor of an amendment to the covenants which materially modifies the appurtenances of the units (in this case permitting boat docks)? We live in an HOA community, but the issue seems to be the same.
