One of the first residents of the subdivision, Greenfield Estates HOA president Ted Czaplicki moved into the model home of the subdivision in 2016.  Czaplicki said he has been frustrated with a lack of services from the town and does not believe being incorporated has been worth the additional taxes they pay.
