We have written a handful of articles about the new Pennsylvania Annual Reporting requirements for all entities in Pennsylvania. This could be a bit confusing, because the Pennsylvania reporting requirements started around the same time as the federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and its beneficial owner registration process.
