The Belle Harbor Property Owners Association (BHPOA) hosted its final meeting of the year at P.S. 114 on Tuesday, Nov. 19, welcoming representatives from three agencies to provide updates and address residents’ concerns.  Before the agencies addressed the crowd, however, BHPOA Executive Vice President Ed Lynch acknowledged the peninsula’s veterans in honor of Veterans Day earlier this month.
