A newly proposed bill at the Minnesota Capitol—one that’s back by both parties in both chambers—would put new regulations on Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) and Common Interest Communities (CIC).  The bill takes dozens of recommendations from a recent legislative working group to help improve state statute on HOAs.
