Work may soon start to help people stuck at the top of a Louisville Condo building because of elevators that have been broken since before Thanksgiving.  A WAVE Troubleshooters tip gave insight into the situation happening inside the Brown Suburban Condominium Homes on Bardstown Road for the last seven weeks. A disabled resident spoke to WAVE Monday, saying he has been stuck in his 10th-floor apartment for several weeks with both elevators in the building inoperable.   Read the article…………………………….
