The homeowners association at Boca Bridges — a relatively new community of million dollar homes on Lyons Road north of Clint Moore, is suing an operating unit of builder GL Homes for mass construction defects and deficiencies. The suit pits “Boca Bridges Homeowners Association” against “Boca Raton Associates VII, LLLP” which is an operating unit of builder and marketer GL Homes — also responsible for The Bridges, Seven Bridges, Lotus, Dakota, the Valencia communities, and the under-construction “Lotus Edge.” GL Homes routinely builds communities under names using the “Boca Raton Associates” title, followed by a number.    Read the article…………………………….
